Travel Information

The Deck is a roof-top venue at the National Theatre, which is on the South Bank of the Thames, just minutes from Covent Garden, the West End and Waterloo.

Tube: Waterloo / Charing Cross / Embankment

Rail: Waterloo / Waterloo East / Charing Cross

Car: There is a large car park directly underneath the theatre.Opening times are 6am to 1am; the cost is £7 after 5pm. Please note that the Theatre is inside the congestion zone (the charge applies from 7am to 6.30pm).

Bus: A large number of bus routes pass close to the theatre.

Coach: Setting-down point in Upper Ground at the back of the National Theatre.

Cycle: There are several bicycle racks around the building.

Access The Deck can be accessed by ramp, on request, which leads to a flat, level hard floor. Large print menus are available on request.

Free parking for blue badge holders is available in the National Theatre car park.
